Who are your tools designed for?

We serve RTOs of all sizes—from small independent training providers to enterprise-level organisations. If you use Axcelerate, ZohoCRM, or SCORM-compatible LMS platforms, we’re built for you.

Do I need all four products to use iSmart Learning?

Not at all. Each product works independently. You can choose one, a few, or all four tools depending on your needs.

Do you offer free trials?

Yes! We offer free trials or demo access for most tools, including iSmartMark and iSmartSign. Contact us to request trial access.

Is there a discount for bundling multiple products?

Yes. When you subscribe to two or more iSmart products, you receive up to 20% off your monthly total. Talk to our team for a custom quote.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Most tools are available with either monthly or annual payment options. Annual pricing offers a discount over monthly rates.

How long does setup take?

Most products can be installed and branded within 5–10 business days. More complex ZohoCRM integrations (iSmartSync) may take slightly longer depending on workflow needs.

Do I need a developer to use iSmart Learning?

No developer required. We handle all setup and integrations for you. iSmartEnrol installs directly into your WordPress site, and other tools run from our secure servers or via SCORM packages.

Can I customise the tools with my branding?

Yes. All products support white-labeling, meaning you can use your own logo, colours, and wording across user-facing elements.

📚 Integrations & Compatibility

Which LMS platforms do you support?

Our tools are built to work seamlessly with Axcelerate, but iSmartMark (our AI video grader) also works with any SCORM 1.2 or 2004 compatible LMS—including Moodle and BSNAPS.

Can you integrate with ZohoCRM?

Yes. iSmartSync is our custom-built integration tool for ZohoCRM and Axcelerate, syncing contacts, notes, enrolments, and AI-generated summaries.

Do your tools work with Stripe or AfterPay?

Yes. iSmartEnrol connects directly to Stripe for checkout, and includes smart logic to toggle AfterPay visibility based on course pricing.

Are your tools AVETMISS and ASQA compliant?

Yes. iSmartEnrol and iSmartMark were built with AVETMISS data and ASQA standards in mind. You can customise declarations, capture required fields, and generate audit logs.

Where is my data hosted?

All tools are hosted on secure Australian servers in compliance with data residency and privacy standards.

Can I generate logs or records for auditing?

Absolutely. Every action within iSmartMark and iSmartSign is timestamped and exportable—ideal for audits and validation panels.

Is support included in my subscription?

Yes. All active subscribers receive email and ticket support. Enterprise clients may opt for dedicated SLAs or priority support.

Can you provide training to my staff?

Yes. Onboarding and staff training is included in setup, with additional sessions available on request.

What if I need a custom workflow or integration?

We specialise in RTO customisation. Whether it’s a custom enrolment flow, CRM logic, or dashboard build—we can scope and quote tailored solutions.
